Additionally featured in this recent photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created plans to transform the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the region, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying various parts of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
